"I love this place! I walked into the shop and didn't even think I was in an auto repair shop, it was surprisingly very clean. As I waited for my car to get done I was entertained by the employees that work there. These people can make you laugh without even trying. The best overall is that they didn't try to up sell me on anything. I realized that they start caring for their customer right as they come in to the shop and they keep caring. Go try them out you won't go to any other repair shop and if you do you will be comparing them to B2. They get me in right away for oil changes and I never have to wait, no appointment. Instead of saying, "Well, you bought the car, it's not our problem.", they attempted to fix a few things, then realized that the car was no good. I got a call later in the afternoon saying, "We'd like you to test drive another vehicle." I test drove the other vehicle and it was great...such a relief! They did not stick me with a lemon. They gave me a wonderful replacement. It's unfortunate that when auto shops purchase cars from auctions, they have limited information about the car and any potential problems it may have. B2 has shown me that their morals and ethics are more important to them than money. Yes, businesses are there to make money, but B2 has shown me that they only want to make money honestly and ethically. It worked and the brakes work just fine even against the advice of the Volvo dealership. The brakes shuttered a bit when I braked very hard and B2 offered to replace with new standard pads at no cost to me. I chose to keep the ceramics and they worked out just great. Thank you guys for taking care of my "braking" needs.. The Manager was efficient and when I mentioned half way through the service probably needed new wipers they immediately provided me ith the best option- new blades and wiper frames. Now my wipers are quiet and clear my windshield perfectly. All auto shops check your fluids and most try to cross sell you or upsell you something. I was told all elae was fine and all my fluids were topped off and or checked. All done in 20 minutes with no hassles.
